Overview

Task:

  • Arrange and co-ordinate school trips/events etc.
  • Receive and organize the course outlines, lesson plans, and long-range plans from teachers
  • Coordinate with the student recruiters, admissions officer, property supervisor and the business receptionist to organize the orientation and welcome activities for new students on their arrival
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Determine and establish school procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, electronic enquiries
  • Order school supplies and maintain inventory
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Respond to students, teachers and staff questions and complaints
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
