Task:
- Arrange and co-ordinate school trips/events etc.
- Receive and organize the course outlines, lesson plans, and long-range plans from teachers
- Coordinate with the student recruiters, admissions officer, property supervisor and the business receptionist to organize the orientation and welcome activities for new students on their arrival
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish school procedures and routines
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, electronic enquiries
- Order school supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Respond to students, teachers and staff questions and complaints
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
