Dear Parents and students,

As the medical professionals and government officials in our city, province, and country continue to advise us that the vaccinations are our greatest defense against COVID-19, we continue to remain committed to the rules and policies set out by the Chief Medical, Local Medical officers of health and Ministry of Education. We are taking the necessary steps to keep the school open for in-person teaching/learning and preserve the safety of our staff and students while performing daily pedagogical activities.

As such we have established a mandatory vaccine policy requiring all staff and students along with any visitor accessing the school building to be fully vaccinated and providing proof of their immunization status. This cautious decision has been made due to the continued risk posed by COVID-19 and Delta variant strains. Even though the staff and students will be sharing the classrooms with others, this policy is to assure and comfort them that the school environment is very safe.

The unvaccinated students will be moved out of the dorm till they are fully vaccinated and won’t be able to avail themselves of the in-person learning opportunities.

Therefore, I am seeking everyone’s cooperation to act responsibly in implementing and pursuing this policy, diligently.
